How to claim your money back:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased SuaviSkin Laser Hair Removal Handset from online store between 9.00am AEST 1 April 2021 and 11.59pm AEST on 31 August 2021.
2. On the day your parcel is delivered, email a customer care representative at suaviskin@suaviskin.com a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
3. Trial our Handset for at least 70 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.

4. Once approved, return our Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 100 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
